Your files never leave your device.
All processing happens locally in your browser using your device's own compute. We have no servers that receive, store, or process your files.
Overview
QuickToolsHub is designed from the ground up to be private. We do not collect your personal data. We do not upload your files. We do not track you across the web. Everything you do on this site stays on your device.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, phone number, or any personally identifiable information. We do not store files you process through our tools. Image compression, PDF merging, text conversion, and all other operations happen entirely in your browser. Your files never reach our servers because we have no servers handling your data.
Cookies and local storage
QuickToolsHub does not use tracking cookies. We use sessionStorage (a browser-native mechanism) to remember your last-used tool category and search query so the homepage restores your view when you navigate back. This data is stored only in your browser, is cleared automatically when you close the tab, and is never transmitted to any server.
Analytics
If we use analytics, it is limited to aggregated, anonymised data — such as which pages are visited and what country traffic comes from. No individual user behaviour is tracked, no cross-site tracking cookies are set, and no personal identifiers are collected or stored.
Infrastructure and hosting
QuickToolsHub is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard infrastructure logs — including IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps — as part of normal server operation. These logs are outside our control. Please refer to Vercel's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle this data.
Third-party services
We do not embed third-party advertising networks, social media trackers, or analytics SDKs that collect personal data. Any external resources loaded by the site (such as fonts) are selected to minimise data exposure.
Children's privacy
QuickToolsHub is a general-purpose utility site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
Your rights
Since we do not collect personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have concerns about data we may hold (for example through infrastructure logs), contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
